We will use your data to contact you, this may be in the form of marketing with offers and updates, regarding care of your vehicle, or invoices etc. related to accounts. We will only contact you via the means you have provided to us and agreed to us using.

What are my rights under the GDPR?

You are put in control of your data. Practically, this means that you must give your consent before we can hold any data about you. Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have a number of individual rights:

What should I do now?

If you no longer wish to receive certain forms of marketing from Grovebury Cars please contact the Data Controller or email datasecurity@groveburycars.com.

If also have the right to be erased by us which requires us to remove any data we hold on you. If you wish to do this then please email PleaseRemoveMe@groveburycars.com.

Please note that this could be problematical if we are providing you with any ongoing services.
