Outlander PHEV Concept-S
Based around the already familiar Outlander PHEV, the designers of the Concept-S have made only a few minor tweaks which help to give the Concept-S it's distinct appearance.
The most obvious change is an all new front end with a more vertical design. The headlights have been reshaped around the front wings of the Outlander PHEV Concept-S with LED running lights outlining them to provide the Concept-S with an even sleeker and refined appearance. With a new air-dam integrated into the very front of the Outlander PHEV Concept-S that provides the Concept-S with a distinct X right on the very front grille with more LED running lights below.
Sleeker and Refined PHEV
The inside and the outside capture the designer's focus of a "Sporty and Sophisticated" design theme with an even sleeker appearance than the Outlander PHEV while performance wise the Concept-S delivers on a powerful and agile driving experience.
Inside the Concept-S a "Black & Burgundy" theme is apparent throughout which provides drivers with a luxurious premium driving experience. Mitsubishi have made extra effort to make the Outlander PHEV Concept -S feel as sophisticated as possible, to do this Mitsubishi have finished off the interior with black woodgrain trim with silver accent, the centre console designed inspired by Japanese traditional black lacquered boxes, soft fine leather which has been hand-stitched by craftsmen selected for the seat upholstery.
