Dear Valued Customers
In light of the announcement by Boris Johnson on Monday 23rd, we now find ourselves in the unpleasant position of having to lock down all departments at all three of our dealerships.
We will close on Friday 27th March and our phones will be diverted from 5pm with a proposed re-opening date of Tuesday 14th April at 8.30am. This is, of course, dependent on guidance from the UK Government. We have felt it necessary to fully close in an effort to fully protect the staff, their families and you our valued customers.
Our telephone lines will be diverted on Friday afternoon to the mobile of a member of staff representing each dealership. In the event of requiring URGENT assistance please ring your chosen dealership on the normal landline number and we will endeavour to help. We will have a skeleton staff on standby to help with any mechanical emergencies although we are already experiencing issues with parts supply as the country locks down. We will do whatever we can if you run into trouble.
I will keep you updated as we move through this situation and hopefully we will be able to serve you in the not too distant future.
In closing I would also like to thank you all for your patience, please look after yourselves and your loved ones. Hopefully we will see you all again when we return to some form of normality.
