How do you know whether your car needs an interim or full service?
An interim car service is recommended after every 6,000 miles or 6 months and the car mechanic will carry out the majority of the same checks as in a full service.
A full car service is a legal requirement and you'll need to ensure you have your car service every 12-months. It is not a MOT and the difference is that a MOT is a standardised check with regulations set by the government. It is a more involved process than an interim service with additional checks carried out and helps to maintain the value of on your car.
